Fee Refund Policy

All fees paid to the Institute of Corporate Training (ICT) are non-refundable.
Once a fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all fees, including but not limited to registration fees, application fees, tuition fees, and any other fees charged.

By making a payment to ICT, the client or customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. If ICT determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, it may issue a refund at its discretion. Such refunds will be subject to a processing fee, and the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

Online Lecture Privacy Policy

At the Institute of Corporate Training (ICT), we are committed to providing quality education through live online classes, which are recorded and uploaded to our Learning Management System (LMS) for student access. To ensure the protection of intellectual property and maintain the integrity of our educational services, we have established the following policy regarding the use and distribution of online lecture content.

Intellectual Property

All online lectures content, including live sessions and recorded materials, are the exclusive property of the Institute of Corporate Training (ICT). This includes videos, audio, presentations, documents, and any other associated learning materials.

Student Access

The content provided through the LMS is for the sole use of enrolled students. Access is granted for personal educational purposes only and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed in any form to anyone outside the enrolled student body.

Prohibited Activities

Students are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing or distributing lecture recordings, notes, or any course material to any external platforms or individuals.
• Uploading content to personal or public platforms, including social media or other online forums.
• Selling or commercializing course content or related materials.

Consequences of Policy Violation

Any student found to be violating this policy, including but not limited to sharing or distributing course content, will be subject to disciplinary action. The institute reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke access to the LMS.
• Cancel the student’s admission without prior notice.
• Pursue further legal action, if necessary.

Monitoring and Reporting

The institute monitors the use of its LMS and content-sharing platforms. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and students are encouraged to report any breaches of this policy to Mr. Imtiaz Sarwar 03065511331

Amendments

The Institute of Corporate Training (ICT) reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time, with immediate effect upon posting on the official website or LMS.

By accessing and using the online learning materials provided by ICT, students agree to comply with this policy.
