Student Code of Conduct

At ICT, we expect students to uphold a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and mutual respect. This code ensures a positive and productive learning environment for all.
  1. Respect and Professionalism
  • Students must treat faculty, staff, and peers with courtesy and respect during online and in-person interactions.
  • Disruptive behavior, offensive language, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
  1. Academic Integrity
  • Students must adhere to principles of honesty and integrity in their work, refraining from plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized collaboration.
  • Submission of assignments, exams, or projects must reflect genuine effort and originality.
  1. Attendance and Participation
  • Active participation in classes is mandatory to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Students must maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time for live sessions and adhering to deadlines for recorded content reviews.
  1. Technology Usage
  • Students must ensure a stable internet connection and use appropriate devices for accessing the LMS and online lectures.
  • The use of ICT’s online platforms should align with the institute’s academic purposes only.

Policies and Procedures

  1. Payment Policy
  • All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless otherwise specified.
  • Late payments may incur penalties, and failure to clear dues can result in suspension of access to course materials or LMS.
  • No refunds will be issued once a course has commenced.
  1. Online Lecture Policy
  • All online content is protected by ICT’s intellectual property rights and must be used solely for personal educational purposes.
  • Unauthorized sharing, recording, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited (refer to the detailed Online Lecture Policyabove).
  1. Assessment and Certification Policy
  • Students must complete all required assignments, quizzes, and projects to qualify for certification.
  • A minimum attendance of 75% and successful completion of assessments with a passing grade are required for certification.
  1. Leave and Withdrawal Policy
  • Students must inform the administration in writing for planned absences or withdrawal from a course.
  • In case of withdrawal, no refund will be provided for ongoing courses.
  1. Communication Policy
  • Students must use official channels (e.g., LMS, institute email) for all communication with faculty and administration.
  • Important updates and announcements will be made via the LMS or email; students are responsible for staying informed.
  1. Prohibited Activities Students are prohibited from engaging in:
  • Sharing LMS credentials with others.
  • Misusing ICT resources for unauthorized activities.
  • Participating in any conduct that may harm the reputation of the institute.
  1. Disciplinary Actions
  • Violations of the code of conduct or policies will result in disciplinary action, which may include:
    • Verbal or written warnings.
    • Temporary suspension from the LMS or classes.
    • Permanent expulsion from the institute.
    • Legal action in severe cases of misconduct.

  • All grievances will be addressed confidentially and promptly.
  1. Policy Amendments ICT reserves the right to update its policies and procedures at any time. Students will be notified of any changes through official communication channels.
By enrolling at the Institute of Corporate Training (ICT), students agree to comply with all codes, policies, and procedures outlined above.
